Noun. The word is used to define a person whose actions appear erratic and seemingly random, and show complete disregard to prior arrangements, commitments or social norms. A kwach's behaviour befuddles everyone he comes across. The only predictable thing about a kwach, is that he will act like a kwach.

Guy 1: Hey man, are you going to that big concert tonight?
Kwach: No
Guy 1: But you asked me to book you a ticket, and you offered me a lift.
Kwach: Ag sorry, I've have to bath my dog, and then I'm going to ride my bike.

Keachy poo

The best teacher of all time who likes dandelion headdresses, and handing out detentions so your file becomes as thick as a bundt cake. Also if you ever don't want to write a paper you can just tell her she lost it and you get an A. Her house got robbed. And keachy poos are usually found sporting full length denim skirts correcting english papers at Penn State Football games.
