Noun. The word is used to define a person whose actions appear erratic and seemingly random, and show complete disregard to prior arrangements, commitments or social norms. A kwach's behaviour befuddles everyone he comes across. The only predictable thing about a kwach, is that he will act like a kwach.
Guy 1: Hey man, are you going to that big concert tonight?
Kwach: No
Guy 1: But you asked me to book you a ticket, and you offered me a lift.
Kwach: Ag sorry, I've have to bath my dog, and then I'm going to ride my bike.

The term used when the food you order at an establishement is no longer available after the order, and you are required to chose something else, that may be a dissapointment.
"We are going to have to Kwach your order, the steak is no longer available"
"I got kwached, was really looking forward to that meal"
