A standard reply to a Russian commentator complaining about Russophobia or whitewashing Russians from collective responsibility for the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Khuilo is the president of Russia Vladimir Putin. Originally it appeared in Ukraine in the spring of 2014 when soccer fans performed the song consisting of only one line: "Putin khuilo! La-la-la-la-la-la..." Khuilo literally means "dickhead" or "fucker". Earlier it was widespread in Russian and Ukrainian for naming generally a mean, cynic, greedy etc. person. Now it has got rebirth with a single unique meaning - Putin.

Khuilopedia is the Kremlin-censored version of wikipedia, officially called Ruviki. The name refers to Khuilo, the president of Russia. It is a copy of the original Russian language wiki, but heavily redacted to remove "anti-russian propaganda", which means everything that is even а little bit unfavourable to Khuilo.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
