khuilo's definitions
Khuilopedia is the Kremlin-censored version of wikipedia, officially called Ruviki. The name refers to Khuilo, the president of Russia. It is a copy of the original Russian language wiki, but heavily redacted to remove "anti-russian propaganda", which means everything that is even а little bit unfavourable to Khuilo.
