A person who is depressed and broken man who is allegedly feeling disconnection towards the world due to unspoken problem. He sees that there are beauty and then realizes that there are beauty and madness in everybody's lives, thus he tries to let go of his sadness and depression and accept the madness and beauty in his life as everybody does experience.
