Jhangi is a community hailed from Jhang province of West Punjab ( Now in Pakistan). Jhangi is also a dialect of speaking punjabi spoken by people of Jhang, Multan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Mumbai etc.

Jiangitis 

Jiangitis is when you have the time to text an action mean whilst trying to do it. This is most often said when the action is something that does not last for a long time (i.e., a few seconds) because it is simply not practical for one to spend time texting instead of committing to that task and also when the person being 'diagnosed' with Jiangitis often does so or is very eccentric (weird). For example, someone might be trying to find a gif whilst texting: "trying to find that gif", and does that almost every day.
