She acts so kind and sweet and will care for you no matter what. She says she’s toxic and fake, but don’t believe it. She is better than the kindest of souls. She always talks about how she never deserves any of your care and kindness, but that is just an excuse to give more. Always treat Janka right, and you’ll have the best life ever.

Slav Jank is a specific type of video game made in Russia or former Soviet Union satellite states. Slav Jank is known for it's surreal atmosphere, low to moderate quality, and poor localization. Slav Jank often leaves it's players in a state of confusion or emotional disquiet. Examples include "S.T.A.L.K.E.R." "Pathologic" "You Are Empty" and "Kreed."

I played some Slav Jank yesterday, and it really weirded me out.

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.

DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
DM: You murderhobos disgust me.
