A series of tubes that deliver information around the world via computer. Also known as internet or interwebs. Courtesy of Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska):

intertubulism 

A figure of speech originating from within the internet, or intertubes, that is not easily translated or understood from outside the context of the intertubes.

Intertubulism carries a negative connotation for its derivation from intertubes, and its parent the series of tubes, itself a subject of folly and ridicule.

Exaggerated lips, such as those seen on an African. Also can refer to overdeveloped labia minora/majora, a condition which can develop on the vulva of a super-experienced ho, indicating a high-mileaged hole.
