"In The Fuck", used in the right context, promotes emphasis. Makes your target shake more perceptively.

...Works every time.

"ITF"...or "InTheFuck"...as in "What 'IN the fuck' are you talking about ?"...

"What 'IN the fuck' was she thinking ?" or, for greater emphasis,

"Holy 'IN the fuck' shit, did he really say that ?"

...Etcetera.

It's impossible to explain how it works because it's so interfucked.
