hand, banging onto his wall with the other, obviously disrupting his neighbor. From my view, he moved to his
bed and then into the bathroom for a few minutes before coming out again. He was being very vulgar and was screaming out obscenities. My younger
sister, who was with me at the time, was obviously disturbed.”
