The word Imbatox was created with two words: IMBA and Krootox due to the amazing strength of Krootoxes in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade (v1.11 and below)

The word imba stands for "imbalance". It can be used to describe a in-game subject, such as a weapon or a specific gaming role that is overpowered or underpowered. Hunter in Ragnarok Online good example for IMBA.

Krootox is a creature of the Warhammer 40,000 universe; a krootox ground-dwelling herbivore which can be used as a combat weapon, usually by Kroot tribes.

The original inventor of this word remains unknown, possibly by a Dark Crusade player name Antipothis with the alias Mouse. (Confirmed by user Jaimas on Relic Forums)
