Holocracy 

A Holistic Democracy is governance for the 21st century. A system where decentralized, open source, trustless, people driven and people focused systems remove the need for fallible positions of power.

A Holocracy transcends but includes the best parts of Democracy, it simply eliminates the single points of failure and corruption.

A Holocracy is a system which allows all the assholes of the world to exist, it just doesn't give them any position of power.

A Holocracy is one naturally focused on balance and peace for all while being adaptive and responsive to the will of the people who choose to live within it.

What Democracy turns into when all of the politicians in your country are liars.

When no party/President that wins the election manages to keep its/his own ideology, and instead, keeps changing it every time it/he feels like it, that's no democracy. That's hypocracy.

(noun): An ass-holier-than-thou social class made up of persons subjected to exclusion and/or ridicule in grade school who then grew up, became hipsters and now exclude and/or ridicule those who didn't.

Hypocracy 

A form of government run by hypocrites or characterized by hypocrisy.

A government that claims to respect privacy rights while spying on its citizens is a hypocracy.

A government that goes to war with other nations because they fail to respect human rights, while that same government maintains offshore torture camps is a hypocracy.

A government run by drug users which executes a 'War on Drugs' is a hypocracy.
