Biggest piece of shit vehicle in all of the military banches. Tops out at 45 mph. Starts only 25% of the time and bogs out the rest of the time.

Hmmwhat - This occurs when a person is engaging in a conversation with an individual or multiple people and is asked a question. Although the person may have heard the question or the statement addressed to them, their first response without thinking is "hmm?" or "what?". The person then responds to the question or statement addressed to them without the speaker having to repeat themselves.
