Hestad 

The process of taking a large iron rod, and heating under a cole fire until it is glowing red. Then taking that rod and shoving it up a baby's anus. Then the hot iron will melt the babys inners. After the rod has cooled, all the baby's inners will stick to the rod. Then you take the rod and forcibally jerk it from the baby's anus, leaving a large gaping hole in the baby's anus.
