Hamtard

Hamtard is someone who is so hammered from drinking too much alcohol that they are acting retarded.

That hamtard just fell over the barstool.

A hamtard is a very annoying individual, i.e. a dumbass. Despite the similarity to both ham and retard, a hamtard is not necessarily fat or developmentally disabled.

God, that last customer was such a hamtard, they ordered five half-decaf soy lattes and didn't tip.
