It evolves from Treecko at level 16, and into Sceptile at level 36. It leaps from branch to branch, quickly closing in on prey from the trees. Another role Grovyle is known for is in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky, where it takes on the role of your partner before losing your memory as a human in the future and transforming into a Pokemon. Ash also had a Grovyle.
