Punk/Goth/Emo/Rudie
This is what I am. It may sound a little contradictory, but most things in life are. I listen to Ska, Punk, Goth, and Emo music, and dress in a vivid mixture of these fashions. Someone like this will gravitate towards certain kinds of Ska, with a cheerful, lively tune and horns, but with quite morbid lyrics.See some Reel Big Fish and quite a bit of Mustard Plug. Contrary to what many people will tell you, the lifestyles of Gothicism and Emo are not just something that a teenager 'decides' to be. Anyone who decides to be Emo or Gothic is a poser, though they are most likely real if they started out badly, as something like a Chav or Prep, and then slowly progressed toward being a Goth or Emo over a period of years, usually without them even noticing until it's happened in full. And by then it is too late, and they have joined our ranks. A Rudie is NOT the same thing as a Chav or Pikey. They are completely different, and all you need to be a Rudie is a love for Ska and that rude attitude n_n.

The Difference Between Goth and Emo
Goth is a culture. It's not about hating the world. It's about appreciating and finding beauty in the dark side of life. You can find that lots of goths are musicians and poets and artists. Not all goths wear all black, you can worship the devil without being goth. Goths are often older, mostly in their 20's-30's. There are also many sub-cultures of goth. Cybergoth, victorian goth, romantic goth, just to name a few. Goths are often more mature.
Emo is a phase that a lot of teenagers go through, usually starting at the age of 13. It includes saying you have mental disorders to fit in. Often you see emo kids competing on who has the most extreme mental disorders that they diagnosed themselves. They don't know anything about emotive hardcore music, which the trend originated from. When the trend originally started, it was all about the music, and not the fashion. But with bands like My Chemical Romance, it became about self-harm. Please, remember that self-harming is a serious mental disorder that many people have, and it doesn't make them "emo" if they do. And please, don't self-harm just to fit in to a trend.

An Emo Goth... actually Emo isnt what MTV made it to be... but since im giving a description of an EMO Goth so ill go with what MTV made it... and emo goth is a person who dresses with black and tight jeans and tight shirts and spikes and sometimes eyeliner and sometimes black nailpolish and an emo bag if he/she wishes... and black hair someitmes with another unusual color like blue/red/purple, some piercings and other stuff like that... thay can wear baggy goth shorts/pants if they wish black (doesn't have to be black) and most important.... they dont hate themselves and cry all the time make cuts all ovre themselves they can have fun and be happy but they dont hate themselves they hate other people more.... there not always sad (they can be sad everyone can) but there not like emos who hate life... and there not pussies! like everyone says emos are (which there not)
a little bit like sonny moore... cuz he dresses like an emo or so and he isnt all sad and gay all the time i guess you could use that as an example
