Goofymaxing

When someone is maximizing the amount of their actions to be goofy, silly, or foolish in a harmless way. Being intentionally klutzy or saying stupid things can also qualify. It's a wholesome way of attracting attention to oneself, liven the mood, or create a positive environment. Some people are already considered goofy, so some may just try to go with the flow instead of against it.
