Gamer's Syndrome

A brain-lapse disorder that can develop after extreme exposure to one or more videogames, in which the victim involuntarily recalls a game instance.

Jeremy: Man, during our family road trip the other day I couldn't help but notice what a great level the city of Chicago would make for Tony Hawk's Underground.

July: Sounds like Gamer's Syndrome to me...

Percy: I failed my test the other day because I came across a long word and couldn't help but play a game of Jumble with it. I think I have Gamer's Syndrome...

Gamer's Tourette Syndrome (GTS)

the spontaneous utterance of socially objectionable or taboo words or phrases while playing a video game and to name just a few: Halo, COH, FIFA and MMORPGS

Having similarity to the most publicized Tourette Syndrome "Coprolalia", the phrases uttered by a gamer with GTS do not necessarily reflect the thoughts or opinions of the person.

While playing a video game, the gamer's character suddenly gets ambushed/attacked, dies, or was faced with something unexpected and utters an obscene words such as "F*ck! or B!tch!

Example: The house is quiet and the roommate is playing a video game while wearing his headphones so he wouldn't disturb the other people in the house

In the living room:
Gamer: (out loud) "F*******CK!!!"

At the dining table:
Non-Gamer 1 (Guest): (startled) what? what just happened?
Non-Gamer 2: "oh it's nothing, he just have Gamer's Tourette Syndrome (GTS) when he plays his video games."

Alcoholic Gamer Syndrome

Alcoholic Gamer Syndrome or AGS is a disease, caused by overconsumption of alcohol and gaming, is the same disease which killed the dinosaurs. Symptoms of AGS are the unquenchable urge to consume alcohol and play video game (or as I like to call them "Devil games") for an overextended period of time. Some sufferers of AGS have been known to defecate themselves as to not interrupt their gaming session.

Symptoms may include: Lumbago, Sweat, Weight Gain, Testosterone loss, Cravings For Fast Food and Depression. If you or a loved one is suffering from gamer syndrome. Tell them to ‘go outside, bitch.’

My brother has gamer syndrome, I’m worried for his health. He may kill his chances of rehabilitation if he doesn’t act quickly.
