While most times my school had to go to school, *GROAN!* there was most always a school that made the no school cut. An internet connection that is very laggy or even non-responsive. The phrase is usually used in Real-Time Strategy or MMORPG games online. The phrase was first used in a 2v2 match of Stracraft when the game was close to lagging out or disconnecting on a host game. When the game dragged, the host saved the match and titled it "WHO HAS THE FISHER-PRICE MODEM!?!". After that, hilarity ensued and the culprit with the slow internet connection was revealed because Starcraft drops laggy users when a game is saved.

Fostertopia
Communist empire founded by a band of enraged students and their world history teacher, Ms. Foster. Once established, the country began to conquer many a history class until the nation of Justintopia wanted a piece of the pie and stepped in. Led by King Justin III (twice removed), the country led a valiant fight until the mighty gradebook of Ms. Foster came down upon them, causing them to retreat. Shortly afterward, Fostertopia's "key republic" 5th Period World History (Pre-AP), signed a declaration of independence in rebellion of their dictator. The document was acknowledge, but freedom was never received. Today, Fostertopia lives in civil war as many loyalists and rebels continue to quarrel in the halls of Health Careers High School.
