Faukerati /foʊkəˈrɑ ti/ noun (plural)

Individuals, particularly in corporate HR or public relations, who strictly enforce progressive language and diversity mandates on the clock, but privately hold highly traditional, un-PC, or anti-woke views.

Performative progressives; corporate chameleons.
The Pronoun-Signature Switch: An HR director whose email signature lists four different pronouns, but who privately complains over a drink that "people these days are entirely too sensitive."

The Compliance Chameleon: Someone who treats corporate sensitivity training like a script to be memorized for survival and promotion, rather than a personal belief system.

The "Off-The-Record" Realist: The HR worker who conducts a mandatory workshop on modern workplace inclusivity at 2:00 PM, but drops a wildly politically incorrect joke in the pub at 5:30 PM.

Management knew that the HR director’s endless LinkedIn posts about equity were just a mask; everyone in the inner circle knew he was part of the Faukerati who mocked the new pronoun policy over private drinks.

Fakeation

A fakeation is a fake vacation, where you turn on your email autoresponder and change your outgoing voicemail message to show that you're out of the office. Really, though, you're in the office, catching up on work.
"That guy was so far behind in his work he had to declare a fakeation to try and catch back up."

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Blexas has been cited as possible in the upcoming decades, but only if Democrats continue to win the Hispanic vote in bigger margins.
Democrat 1: What is your prediction for the 2024 presidential election?
Democrat 2: Well uh, Blexas!
Democrat 1: You've been saying that since 2008 though.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
