Faggotto

An italian homosexual man.
The term derives from the italian word for "bassoon" (i.e. "fagotto"), which funnily enough sounds pretty similar to the english derogatory term "faggot".

A. "Hey man, by the way, did you know Luca is into traps?"
B. "Hahaha, no way! What a faggotto."

A. "Come on now, Marco, come here and give me a big hug!"
B. "Fuck you, that's not gonna happen. You know I ain't a faggotto."
