A virus spread from friend to friend contact on Facebook.

Like spreading a real disease any number of Facebook viruses spread around from post to post is is referred to as Facebook-STD.

Facebook STD Test 

Based on the hypothesis that an individual carrying an STD would most likely refrain from "friending" a random sexual partner on Facebook.

Can be used to ascertain the following data:

A "friends" B and B accepts = NO STDs

A "friends" B and B rejects = B has an STDs and thus A might now as well.

John: Did you seriously raw dog that girl you met last night at the party?

Tim: Yea man, but she passed the Facebook STD Test because she friended me this morning.

John: Can I see her picture?

Tim: No, I rejected the request because somethings been going on down there the past few weeks that I need to get checked out.

John: Nice.

Facebook STD's

(N) Facebook applications, such as zombies, which really does nothing but makes you "bite" other people to level your self up. In other words your "zombie" gains 5 experience per bite so all of your friends are bitten, and all the ones who chose to be infected infect their friends and so on.

this word can be used to refer to both male and female. it is generally used to describe a group of people, who spend a considerable amount of time on facebook lurking and wondering about what a particular person is up to.
