A play on the words falling and booling, Fabouling can be referred to a person(s) that is heavily intoxicated (especially marijuana) to the point that one can not function properly.

Garry: “Man, Steve is Fabouling! He can barely even stand, and he’s out of it!”

Jeff: “I mean damn! He is borderline about to pass out huh? He’s just mumbling now!"

fouling the pavement

1: What people continue to let their dogs do despite so-called laws.

2: What the council do by putting up all those hideous new lamp posts (usually featureless metal posts with shapeless lumps of plastic on top of them, resembling giant golf clubs). Thanks to carefree, penny-pinching councils, we now have old town and village centres looking like football pitches full of floodlights. We also have landfill sights struggling to cope with the thousands of perfectly good lamp posts which have been removed due to pointless rules and regulations.

Howcome the council don't get fined for fouling the pavement. Go away and take your cheap rubbish with you.

Fadoling 

Originates from a the Swedish beer named Dansk Fadol which is cheep but still looked at as a fine beer. Drinking this in the park/streets would not bee looked at as a lower class activity but as casual outside drinking.

A Fadoler would normally be of a young age (18-30) or he would be referred to as a bum/alcoholic depending on his looks.

Trashy clothes and ungroomed beard at age 45 drinking Fadol in the park = bum

Youngster full of life drinking Fadol in the park with his Fadoler friends(not moaning about the flaws of society) = Fadoler
