A term used as a response to when another makes a comment that is either cocky or intended to be funny but is not. The exclamation is a skewed version of faggot and is partnered with a hand gesture resembling Spock's "live long and prosper" (hand gesture is supposed to resemble an F). Pronounced a quick FER!

Reed: Yeah I'm probably gonna make All-State this year for D-line.

Lucas: Faaaa!!

An expression common among Australian immigrant communities in central Europe to express either enjoyment, surprise or shock – generally clear which depending on the context and/or expression of the speaker.

A: I just took a dump so massive I was worried it would reach up to my balls.
B: Faaa, man, this is disgusting.

A: Faaa, look at the old lady over there giving the cab driver a mouthful. I think he nearly hit her when she tried to cross the zebra.

A term associated with being overjoyed.

When you can hardly contain your excitement, burst out "faaah" at the end of your sentence so others know just what level you are on.

Not to be confused with the vulgar "f" word.
