Originating from a typo this noun describes a person mislending gender type but if you can't understand that simply its calling someone a "fag" either in an insulting way or for humor with your friends.

F.A.G.F: fagf stands for (F)foot (a)accepting (g)girl (f)fabricator. fagf is a person who is known to like feet and creating imaginary girlfriends. its commonly meant as an insult for people in the lower part of the social hierarchy, often compared to a incel. fagf is normally said to the stereotypical person who says "i have a girlfriend she just lives in canada", "i have a girlfriend she just lives in another city", country, state orwherever they say they are from.

most common expression of the word/acronym is the saying "gag fagf " wich means that the person desribed as a fagf should gag or choke on their own words, its a way to tell them to be quiet or shut up
it's not a discrimination against a certain type of people of Group of individuals. it's meant as an innocent insult among friends, classmate, or coworkers, just like idiot, dumbass or shithead is often used.
It's sometimes mistaken with the word fag wich means homosexual or cigarette, wich is not the same word/ acronym at all.
