F.R.P. 

Its a Freeway Reconnaissance Person. This is the person that flies by you when you are already doing 80 on the freeway, thus going ahead of you searching out would be speedtraps and taking one for the team and getting a ticket so that you can push past still doing your 80 MPH..

During my morning drive on the 405 freeway, my normal F.R.P. flew by me doing at least 100.. I saluted him and knew my morning would be ticket free..

First Responder Pirate Syndrome is when a firefighter, cop, emt, medic etc. has been doing the job so long his tolerance for B.S. goes down and he/she starts talking like a pirate.

Me-"Lemme check. Hey Jeff, did you finish your coastal training for '05 yet?"

F.R.A.P. 

Frenetic Random Activity Pattern. A behavior often exhibited by puppies or young dogs wherein the animal, without an apparent reason, suddenly runs at high speed, frantically darting in multiple directions then racing to a sudden stop. These episodes generally last 60-90 seconds at most. In general the puppy will appear very pleased with itself. May happen indoors or out.

The puppies had a FRAP attack when out in the yard.
