Electrocrunk 

Electrocrunk is a style of electro dance music that originated in the late 2000s.

Though it is a genre spanning the globe, it was partly pioneered by New Jersey writer/producer Shane Fontane, who began producing this sound in 2006 while playing Electrocrunk in bars and strip clubs in New Jersey.

Electrocrunk is a musical form that grew out of a cross-fertilization of Miami Bass, Baltimore Club, Crunk and European dance music, particularly electro/techno music.

Much of this music is for dancing and partying. The signature sound of Electrocrunk is derived from Roland TR-808 kick drums, melodic yet distorted bass lines and electro/techno overtones. This energetic instrumentation is complimented by retro arrangements and gritty sexually provocative vocals with attitude.

Electropunk 

A fusion of electro and punk rock invented by The Screamers in the mid-1970s. Usually made with a sequencer or keyboard and has the same song structure as regular punk. The term electropunk has recently been discovered by scene kids and in turn they labeled various crunkcore/metalcore/pop rock bands as electronicore/electropunk because they use sequencers in their songs. Typically the samples and/or keyboard sounds are used in the way instruments used in punk (drums, bass, and guitar).

Electro Crunk

Elektro Krunk
pronounced elect-trocrun-k

A combination of funky electro house, break beats, hip hop and one hell of a party. Founded by Dallas own Bad Brother Inc. djs Mr.Cooley and Johnny Funk, this mixture of music and phenomenal party goers take nightlife and dance music to the next level.

What type of music will be played there? Hip-hop... techno? Its Elektro Krunk not Electro Crunk! Guaranteed to be a crazy night!

Electropunk 

Electropunk is a subgenre of fantasy and speculative fiction that denotes works set in an era or world where inventions such as the Faraday Engine and the AC induction engine are the main sources of power and widely used—usually in the 19th century, and set in Victorian era England or the romanticized Wild West of America—but with prominent elements of either science fiction or fantasy. Other examples of Electropunk contain alternate history-style presentations of "the path not taken" of such technology as air ship powered by repulsor-lift engines or analog computers.

electrocucked 

Definition: The experience of feeling betrayed, frustrated, or underwhelmed after switching from fossil fuel technology to electric technology, only to encounter decreased performance, reduced convenience, shorter lifespan, or other disappointing results.

1. “I thought going electric would save me money, but now my car barely makes it to work without needing a recharge, and the cost of battery replacements and lack of repairability have me feeling totally electrocucked.”
2. “Ever since I switched my trusty old gas chainsaw for this electric one, I’ve been totally electrocucked. It barely cuts through wood and runs out of juice halfway through the job!”
3. “After converting my kitchen to an induction cooktop, I’ve been missing the warm glow and visceral pleasure of cooking over a flame, not to mention the reliability of gas during power outages. Talk about getting electrocucked!”
