A term used to describe instant shock or excitement, both negative or positive. It's used in a similar manner to "Holy Crap!" or "WTF!" or, -Gasp!-

Dude#1: "Man, look at that hottie boombalattie!"
Dude#2: "E gad, she's smokin!"
