A derogatory word for a lazy employee that doesn't do their job and never cleans up after themselves . Usually takes longer breaks, spends more time complaining than working, thinks dumbest solutions for any task.

Look at that Dundahole over there leaving all their garbage in a crate.
That Dundahole never takes off their greased up gloves before touching all the tools.

A phrase which can only truly be understood through the context of randomly sending to one's peers at uninvited times. Although suitable for in-person gatherings as well. Usually best used when you have lost all interest in the conversation, or simply seeking to release your inner impulsive stupidity.
