A noun. Most basic meaning is that of being of the utmost quality of being dumb (as in stupid dumb, not can't talk dumb).

Referring to the absolute travesty of human language that is the combination of two opposite words to mean "something that is awesome". Specifically, "badical".

Stupid Teen: I think that this perfume smells totally badical.

Anyone Sane: That's 'Dumbical'. You are humanity's evolutionary waste.
