To laugh so hard you're metaphorically both “dead” and “crying” at the same time; a dramatic online expression of extreme amusement. A blend of dead (💀) and crine (a playful misspelling of crying 😭). Common in text and meme culture, especially when something is hilariously absurd or painfully relatable.
