One of the many JoJoGenders, Diogender is a gender identity of people who identify as Dio from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure so much, it became their gender. Diogender is also a type of nonbinary gender.

Fred: Hey Tom, I've wanted to tell you that I am Diogender for a while now, I hope you accept me.
Tom: Yeah that's cool dude! Just let me know your pronouns!
