The opposite of diversity, which white racists or supremacists unashamedly embrace, because having non-white smarter staff or colleagues in the workplace would threaten their job security and expose their bigotry and ineptitude.
Trump’s dieversity strategy benefits him and his cronies in the short term, but not the once-known country of opportunity for everybody willing to work hard and smart.
