A seemingly nice or normal person who is actual a gargantuan asshole, dick, cocksucker, douche,or just an all around cunt that blends in well with their peers. Similar to a Chameleon blending into its surroundings.
When I first started working here Ernest seemed like a stand up guy. He was always saying nice things and he even baked me a birthday cake. But after I got to know him and worked with him longer it turned out he was a real Dicktilian.
