A DERRYSAUR IS A MEMBER OF THE DINOSAUR FAMILY LOOSELY RELATED TO THE VELOCIRAPTORS OF THE JURASSIC PERIOD. WIDELY CONSIDERED TO BE EXTINCT AFTER THE FATAL METEOR STRIKE, IT HAS BEEN REPORTED THAT ONE OR TWO DERRYSAURS MAY STILL BE OUT IN THE WILD. REPORTS RANGE FROM BABY-SNATCHINGS NEAR LAKES TO UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS NEAR EVIL VOLCANIC LAIRS. CURRENTLY THERE ARE TWO ORGANISATIONS DEDICATED TO CAPTURING A DERRYSAUR&EXAMINING ITS BONE, BRAIN AND GINGER HAIR.

One who says or does too many things that are or relate to derps. the word emphasizes how much the person derps that it theoretically amounts to the size of a dinosaur, therefore it is adequate to address the person as a "derpasaurus".

Derpasaurus Rex

A name coined for the dinosaur that appears at the end of the stage 'Dino Dino Jungle' in Gamecube's "Mario Kart: Double Dash!" The Derpasaurus sticks his face across the bridge as you are karting across.

Player 1: "dude, the derpasaurus rex knocked me off of the bridge!!! "
