The legal and moral philosophy in the United States of America which proclaims that the first law enacted by the American Congress is the Declaration of Independence and that the principles set forth within this document are legally the defining factor for all aspects of American government. Declarationism holds the perception that all people are entitled to dignity through Natural-Divine Law, which guarantees the rights to Equality, Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness and Government by Consent (or just consent). When one delays having a clay (a poo poo) due to other pressing social commitments, while the decaying fecal matter proceeds to knock on heaven's backdoor, resulting in warm, rumbling seepage and pungent methane emmisions, harmful to the environment and those in close proximity.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
