An extremely small penis most often completely lacking testes. Similar to a micropenis except it looks to be about the size of a cooked pea. Someone who is interested in watching a movie or a show but has to be a movie cridick and comment every 3 minutes about something going on in it, disturbing ,annoying, and disrupting everyone else in the room while they are trying to watch also.

We were all watching boardwalk empire until this Movie cridick had to talk every three minutes, guess I will have to watch again tomorrow.
