West Coast term for when a party, fight, or gathering is shut down by the police and participants are removed by the officers.

synonyms: getting rolled (SD slang), getting busted, getting shut down.

The term comes from the word "cop," to steal. It is in general usage, and has been long before any "song" by Eminem.
