Coordineer 

The act of a non-technical person determining a technical solution. Often times handing it off to a technical team to implement without consideration for unknown technical details. Performed by a person with a project coordinator or manager role.

1. If we want to get that project completed in a timely manner we better get a coordineer on it ASAP!
2. Wow! Phyllis really coordineer'ed the heck out of that one!

Sometimes used as a code word for ''hottness'' when you see someone hot but they're with there partner ...
