The grimace resembling the look someone has when they are taking a big poop that flashes across their face when they are in a difficult or overwhelming situation.

consterpation 

a contraction of the words constipation and consternation, the irrational fear brought on by the feeling of an abnormally large shit before defecating.

i had to take a shit yesterday, but it felt like it was gonna be huge and painful so I just sat on the toilet with my ass clenched, aka consterpation.

Constirpation 

Concentrating whilst constipated.

My stomach was in so much pain so I went to the restroom. I found out I had constirpation going on.
