Mexico on the central Pacific coast, includes the 4 oceanic Revillagigedo Islands. Mainland Colima shares borders with the states of Jalisco & Michoacán. In addition to the capital city of Colima, the main cities are Manzanillo & Tecomán.

Mexico's Pacific coast, bordered by the Pacific Ocean & the states of Jalisco & Michoacán.
Colima cartel has become a branch of the Sinaloa Cartel as are the Milenio Cartel, Guadalajara Cartel, & Sonora Cartels.
Colima marks the latest manifestation of violence in one of
Mexico’s smallest
yet deadliest states — a dubious honor attributable to Colima’s location along the territorial fault lines dividing Mexico’s most powerful cartels.
