A term used to describe a male who derives pleasure from inflicting pain upon another males genitalia. A cocknobbler can normally be observed punching or kicking another mans love spuds, then once said man is incapacitated, the cocknobbler will normally perform a 'tea bagging' maneuver before running away cackling wildly.
