A situation that's mishandled as equal as a clusterfuck, but in a more ridiculous and amusing way.

A: Dude, did you see the news about the robbery? The guy only had a water gun! Not only that, when the police arrived the one on the megaphone spoke very little English...to a guy who was later reported to only know Chinese!

B: Damn...wow, it sounds fun to have watched, that's a real clownsterfuck.
