Tu 'Ta Cloro

A Dominican phrase which means, do you understand or is it clear? Yet Cloro is Dominican, yes Dominican not Castellano, for Clorox (a brand of bleach). As you know bleach makes clothing white or clear, hence
tu 'ta cloro.

1st Person: Loco no me toca mi Brugal, tu 'ta cloro?

2nd Person: Pero que la baina?
