hibbing/chisolm minnesota. this word is usually used to describe someone from hibbing or chisolm, and is offensive to them. this is offensive because hibbing people dont want to be associated with people from chisolm, and vice versa. people from chibbing are known to do things backwards, and almost always think that they are way above everyone else.
