Someone who is scared of cannabis and and people who smoke cannabis, but either secretly smoke cannabis behind the closet or they have another addiction.

Cannaphobe

A person afraid of, or judgemental about cannabis users and cannabis use. Usually brainwashed by propaganda and wants to keep it illegal because they think they control your body.

I smoked a joint and got fired. The boss was such a cannaphobe.
