A phrase found in a snowboarding magazine circa 1993. Refers to some extreme snowboarders or skateboarders with unusually low pain threshold or exceptional fearlessness.

Pain Brain is when you feel like a bug at the bottom of a shower...not quite dead, not quite alive, but definitely fucking suffering.

When you force yourself to stay awake after not sleeping the whole night, and you get the "Brain-Pain".

Person: "what's wrong you look tired"
Me: "my sleep schedule is fucked so i stayed awake the whole night. Now I've got the 'Brain-Pain'."
