Pronounced: Boo-blutt-ing
Synonymous with moping around, pitying yourself, wallowing in your sorrows longer than you should be. Booblutting holds a negative connotation, and the person needs to cut it out, and suck it up.

v to utilize witty one liners to successfully convince a girl to expose her breasts to you. Maybe not immediately - not necessarily in a 'flashing' scenario - but at some point in the not too distant future.

With like one shot of booze in your guts you could mirror her perfectly. She'd say something dumb - you'd tell her how smart it sounds. Then boobsout.

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
