Pronounced: Boo-blutt-ing
Synonymous with moping around, pitying yourself, wallowing in your sorrows longer than you should be. Booblutting holds a negative connotation, and the person needs to cut it out, and suck it up.

Barb: Work was so hard, class was sooo boring, and I just want to cuddle. waaaah.
Kate: Barb, quit booblutting. Suck it up.
